    connectors 16147060

    hi guys
    is there any difference btw black and brown 24/32 connectors?? are the interchangeable? harness doesn`t matter at this stage, i`m just struggle to find those brown one where the black are fairly available

    can someone please point where to look for those brown one other than e.ay?

    The '7060 uses unique to it connectors. Which is one reason I tend to shy away from using that PCM.

    I was able to plug in the 7060 connectors to my 7747 by trimming off the locator protrusions (or whatever you'd call those). They're the same otherwise.
    68 Cadillac, 472 & TH400 w/7.4L TBI and EBL **sold**

    93 K1500 short step, 5.7 & NV4500 and EBL

    68 C10 LQ4/TKO swapped

    i thought about that. they cannot be that much different. as long as they are ok sizewise. i`m from UK so i`m very limited in regards of ecm.If anything becomes avaiable comes from astrovan V6. i`m doing 7l v8 engine from lincoln.

    Black connectors will work just fine with a bit of trimming to the locating tabs , as mentioned.

    My '7060 to '7427 adapter was made with the guts from a '7747 as I didn't want to waste a '7060 for the female connectors .

    The Delphi part # for the 24 pin brown connector is 12160778, using secondary locks 12047900 and 12047901
    The Delphi part # for the 32 pin brown connector is 12110112. using secondary locks 12045889 and 12045890
    Use Delphi terminal part # 12146448 for 18AWG / 0.80 ~ 1.00 (mm2) wire.

    Usually http://www.mouser.com will have the above listed parts.
