The log looks pretty good overall. Your hot idle IAC counts are in the 40's. Turn in the curb idle screw to bring them down to around 10 in park. I see some minor surge on deceleration, but if you can't feel it then leave it alone. Is there anything you're looking to improve? If not, drive and enjoy it.

I might need to add EGR to pass emissions.
I am looking for more power would really like to do wheelies but I did not put that much in to it.
Reality: I thought I would be able to get a little cotton candy off the tires.

The IAC counts where a easy fix. Looking at the PE timing , could this be tuned for more performance or would this be bad for longevity?

1.6:1 self-aligning roller rockers were worth about ~20 hp and similar torque on a carbureted HT383 tested by Hotrod magazine years ago.

Depends. From the history tables in your log it appears running a timing table with more advance than typical for the stock swirlport heads. I didn't see any WOT though. There's a couple timing tables for vortec 350's here.
