I will be really glad if you can add this to eside message.
It is ongoing list so you can make a separate eside message.
    I put some conversion info.

While I was making the list found that ve tables are easily maxed at 92% and baro correction at sealevel.
ve table hex $EC and baro corr $8A.
You can check word_f9 when it is FFFF ve is maxed.
I might put a bitset patch to show when ve is maxed.

yes. Each message tab has its own export to csv button. its not very well tested yet but it works for me.

Awesome! I used that to set up some charts comparing injector PW and MAP changes between 14.7 AFR target in CL and 15.2 using your override AFR feature. Afraid to get any crazier than that until my wideband shows up, but so far, the results are really positive. I'd say it looks like about a 10%-20% reduction in InjPW and a 5%-10% reduction in MAP across my cruising speed range of 70-79mph.

Make sure you do a write up of what you've done and found.

on my car i target around 16:1 decel and 15:1 cruise with lots of DFCO.

it took a bit of work with DFCO and spark blend etc to get the transition smooth again, but i found it really likes going from lean to nothing, rather than rich to nothing. stock seems really rich in decel range.

back when i did that tune i couldn't make the afr thing in eehack work, it would have been way easier to find a good afr, that's for sure.

for experimentation, don't worry too much about going too lean in really high vacuum areas without a wideband, the car will tell you if it's too lean by surging or whatever.

Yeah, I'm starting to see what you mean, by feel. With it set to 16.2:1 steady state cruising is good, moderate elevation changes are ok, but power starts dropping off, relative to richer/stoich ratios, if I have to climb something requiring 60+kPa MAP values.

I'm planning on fiddling around with the DFCO stuff too, but in a little different scenario, I don't want engine braking as I want to maximize the coasting as much as possible, but I like how leaving it in gear for coasting will cut the injectors off completely, where as putting it in neutral will normally allow longer coasts, but the injectors are still running at ~2.5mSec BPW. I'm not sure which is going to be more effective

oh and it looks like timing advance tops out at 47* BTDC using your spark adjust. Are there tables in the ECU where I could raise this limit? I can't remember offhand and its been a while since I flashed any changes to the pcm since I'm just in testing mode right now, and I'm just curious because it seems like it could actually tolerate more advance during my hacky 'lean cruise' mode.

sorry there have been few updates, my computer is dead. I promise I'll polish up the next release as soon as it's alive again.

    damn yours too?

hope it's an easy fix. My laptop power supply just died, so now I can't even do anything with the pcm at the moment.

just an update, my computer is back alive, but im also selling my LT1.

it's a personal choice. it's april and the weather is beautiful. i've decided, i'm a biker, and I know it.

i ride for 9 months of the year, and this trans am is a really retarded choice for a 'winter beater'.

this sounds bad for eehack, but honestly i haven't even touched my lt1 tune in a year, and that hasn't stopped development.

selling my LT1 is actually an advantage to EEHack since my next car will likely be another GM ECM based car (maybe a b-body?) and will inspire me to expand EEHack into something a bit more extreme and portable.

i also will keep my socketed test bench ECM and definitely will continue testing and development.

Well, whatever you decide to do, your tool has been a huge help to me in keeping my car on the road and saving me gas money and I really appreciate all the work you've put into it. And even if you never put another minute of dev time into the $EE, the community as a whole is so far ahead of where we were with just TC and TunerPro.

I get that, recently decided to sell my Jeep. Been DD one for ~10+ years and just need to move on.
So I bought a b-body LT1 wagon (94 Caprice) to become my DD.
Always wanted one, dunno why, and looking forward to the change.

Norton is blocking the 4.5.1 installer as a virus. Is it really infected or is Norton acting up?
