    UV Equipment

Really been thinking about expanding a little beyond just flash chips and buy some UV gear. Any one have any they really like?

I saw this, look like a good deal? http://www.ebay.com/itm/GQ-4X-True-U...-/271625555691

I have the g4x programmer it works great for me. programed some 1600 chips very few failed .the uv eraser I don't have any experience with I have a different type. it all dependes on what type chip you want to erase and program. the flash chips most people use you would proble save money going with a moates product.

Thanks. I already use the moates product. I am looking for a better way to serve my long distance STOCK customers so they dont have to try and modify the ECM.

Yes, but it was hit or miss. I just stick to the new ones.

I bought my GQ-3x direct from MCUmall in Canada and could not be happier with it. They also have have new proms. I also have that UV prom eraser I bought from amazon for about $17, so far it works just fine on my original gm proms.
