The Olds Cieras was produced from 1982 thur 1996. There were 4 different engine options during those years, a 5th engine option if you include the diesel engine option. It would be helpful to know the "Vitals" of your Olds Cieras to help connect to the ecm. The ecm part # would be very helpful also.

    01228706 is definition $AE http://www.gearhead-efi.com/gearhead...03.3PFI%20LG7/

If I goggled correctly (wikipedia.org) the 3.3 liter uses engine code LG7.

I found two (their might be more) LG7 .ads files A073 & A143 on the TunerPro website http://www.tunerpro.net/gmOBDI.htm

I loaded both A073 & A143 .ads files into TunerPro RT and saved them as .adx files (see attached).

With TunerPro RT ( http://www.tunerpro.net/downloadApp.htm ) and and an ALDL cable, you will be able to connect to your ECM.
