    Help with finding right files

I have a 89 caprice classic and want to find the correct files...adx,xdf,etc. 305 tbi loaded to the rafters. Any suggestions short of ripping this beautiful beast apart? The car is completely original with 68k miles and I want to keep it that way, just want to be able to make minor adjustments. Car sat for 15 years only started occasionally so naturally there are issues. Any help to get started with the right files would be great. Thanks

Just pull your ECM and figure out the service number. You can find the correct files once you've done that. You need access to the ECM if you're going to do any tuning anyway.

Service #1228746 APFN Looked through the database, found 1228746 with two options for files. Downloaded both but am assuming the one with a 5 is the right one? 5.0..makes sense to me. Only other relevant sticker was APFN. I want to use tunerpro rt so where do I start? Thanks

All you really need is the ADX to data log..
If you want to poke around the BIN should be close to what your running...
    XDF is for $61 mask..
    Should get ya started..
