Only half of injectors working?

Hey guys, haven't posted in awhile. Been busy with work, school, etc.
Ever since installing the 749 and injection, my Dodge hasn't quite run right. No bottom end torque and pinging in half of the engine, hmmmm... So I did some looking into it and the throttle body injector I am using is only firing half the time. I have both injector drivers tied to it together, so it should fire that single injector with every ignition event. However, it is only firing the injector every other event. Both drivers are firing simultaneously, not staggered. So it goes:
spark left right
spark
spark left right
spark
spark left right

Where it is supposed to:
spark left
spark right
spark left
spark right
(making it fire every time)

It doesn't care whether the tune (modified syclone map) is set to 6 cylinder or TBI, and both injectors still drive. I have no idea what it is doing, does anyone have any ideas?

Umm...

by your description it sounds like you have both injectors tied to one output, but only one injector is firing?

Also, there are different pins used for single injector driver (Sy/Ty), and dual injector driver (Sunbird).

Please clarify EXACTLY how it is wired, and we can help from there.
