The major bug that I have is no TCC lockup. It was a long day of installing the trans when I moved the wires around to eliminate the 3-2 downshift solenoid and move the TCC wire into its spot, that the 4l80e uses on the trans connector. Somehow screwed that up. I fixed that last night and still no TCC lockup. After digging around and looking through the PCM schematics I noticed the 94 4L60E uses pin E10 for TCC lockup, which is how I have it connected now. With the $0E code the PCM uses pin E11 for PWM TCC lockup. I am hoping this is my problem. I have not found anybody doing this on a 94 model yet, I have seen some posts about a 95 which would already have the TCC control wire going to pin E11, with the 60E and $0D code, because I think that was the first year for PWM TCC 4L60. It was pretty late last night so I didn't have time to move the wire and test it.
The 4L80E DOES use the PWM output for the TCC. The TCC and 3-2 wires became my input speed sensor wiring in my Express van.

I ran 2 new wires for the input speed sensor, because you really only end up with 1 extra wire down there right? At least I do, maybe 94 only.

Pin T needs to be moved to S. I do not have pin U, so that leaves me with the pin/wire S (3-2 downshift) not going anywhere.

So hopefully moving my TCC wire from pin E10 to E11 will fix the issue.

I had two unused wires but I think that is a 1995+ thing

Well its fixed, TCC is locking now. I love this trans, should have done this a long time ago.

Same way I felt! My buddy rode in my Express on Sunday and asked me if the trans was BUILT. I said its actually a stock trans with a Transgo HD2 kit, deep pan, and a little tuning. He couldn't believe how it could spin the tires on a 1-2 shift at 50 mph. He is rolling a 383 powered 1998 K1500 rolling on 44s with a solid axle fron differential and Dana 70 rear. I datalogged his 200cc aluminum head 383 and found he was running 120% duty cycle @ 5,200 and hit 100% at just 4,000. His stock 4L60E is not liking it much.

LOL...yeah my injectors are a little small I am well over 100% on 10 pounds of boost. The old 60E didnt like me turning the boost up. I am back down to about 7 pounds now, the thing pulls like a mother, I think I am going to leave it alone.
