BDJW BCC, trouble reding/ how do I find if there is an update?

I have a 93 C1500, 5.7/4L60/3.42 with the 16168625 PCM, and a BCC of BDJW. I looked in the TBI files and there are a few that match as far as the truck, but is there any way to figure out what is the latest?

I didn't have much luck reading the BDJW $E6 mask. The file comes up with almost all zeros. I'm doing something wrong, but at the same time, I figured I could just start with a later bin and go from there.

I didn't have this problem with my TPI bins. Anyone got an Idea? I know I'm overlooking something simple............maybe the offset??

BBMA superceded BDJW, but I don't see any notes as to why.

ETA: I loaded the BBMA, and it looked the same, but I think there are a lot of parameters that aren't used in my .bins. I loaded it to a chip and it seems to idle smoother, and shift a little faster, but not any harder. I hope its not all in my head!!
