    Well as far as u tube posts there is only one other gm 3800 running in a Chevy cavalier . ( one of a kind cavalier. His 89 z24 mine 93 z24 ..... His series 2 obd2. Mine series 1 l67 obd1 no engine details for his .... But I had the cam reground to match a series. 2 grind for supercharged 3800 by comp cams , so all comp valve train ... Port matched intake heads and blower ... 30lb injectors . 3 1/2 fresh air intake k& n 2 1/2 exhaust hi flow cat and flow master muffler ,4 speed 440- t4 2 k stall 3.06 FD. Stock hp 225 .. Some GTP dyno charts I've seen as much as 340 hp but my cavalier only weighs 2800 with me in it . It's really fast. Gonna get a tuner package next burn some tunes first thing to go 6 k factory rev limit I think she will go 7 gs. The best part everything but valve train and gaskets came from pick n pull junk yard on half price day . Oh ya cruise control and AC fully functional with complete interior .

    Not trying to burst your bubble, but there are or have been far more than just 2 3800 powered 2nd gen Cavaliers. There were two, if not three in Ontario alone a few years ago. AFAIK the first known one was BlownZ with series 1 at first and later switched to a series 2 in an '89 IIRC. The other that I can recall was a '92 or so, with a series 2.

    I know there were more in the States that were 3800 swapped as well. That's not including the 1st gen swap I can recall as well.

    --==EDIT==--

    Apparently BlownZ's car was a '90.

    You might want to talk to some of these guys, just one site and only used the registries that have picture proof of the swap (there were more listed with no visual proof), lists 11 3800 swaps in 1st and 2nd gen Cavaliers:

    The man who says something is impossible, is usually interrupted by the man doing it.
