Thread: ABS cycle

    Question ABS cycle

On a 94 camaro, I need to cycle the ABS to bleed. It's 3 channel

Now before y'all start answering, Bleed this and that, cycle key, stomp the brakes, get a tech 2, take it to the dealership, it's a stand alone system not meant to be messed with....

There has to be a way to activate the ABS motors just enough to spit the air down the line. I'm not looking to function test. Simply the best purge I can get it to do.

    Any ideas?

ABS delete kit is also out of the question. I'm not cutting the factory lines.

Stand alone or not, if it's GM installed then it's intended to be serviced by GM techs with an appropriate scan tool. I believe that's a Delco IV system and there is service information out there. Most of these systems can be tricked into purging by causing an ABS stop but I wouldn't do that without a good area and no one around to bother you.
