new computer, TC not working.

Hey guys, I had to upgrade to a new computer in which my Win8 took an un timely death. I have a Win8 Lenovo, and have had nothing but issues trying to get things to work with it.

When installing Tuner Cat Tuner, I keep getting this missing file with win8.

I havent found that Spin file anywhere and have un-installed and re-installed the software a few times to make sure.

I also have a virtual machine that runs XP for older programs. I loaded TC Tuner on that and when i load a previous tune and click on constants i get this error, and then TC closes shortly after.


I just want this working properly again guys, any help much appreciated.

On Win7 I run CATS using XP SP2 compatibility and it works fine.

You could have just check with TC instead of struggling - http://www.tunercat.com/Docs/Vista.pdf

Lionel, I changed my compatibility mode to several xp service packs and still has that missing file error shows up on my win 8.
My XP virtual machine works but freaks out only when i open the constant tab.

any ideas guys?

t c has a different install method on w7 than xp, check tc web sight it show what you need.
