    Speedometer signal question

    What input signal do I need to run the oem speedometer 2000 ppm 4000 ppm ?? The signal will be coming from TCI Trans controller. I can change the output from tci to either or. I've been told that the OEM signal is 128000 going to the speedo? If that is the case I need to convert the 2000 or 4000 signal 128000. It's a 95 silverado 383 with Holley terminator EFI and tci trans Controler.
