Changing TP dash layout

Is there a sticky or tutorial for changing the dash layout. I'm having trouble figuring out the % for the Left,Right,top and Bottom. I'm thinking that by changing these you can change the size and location of a gauge.
Any help that might be offered would be appreciated. Thank you

Thanks for the link. I finally figured out that the location figures were in percentage form.
