    Stalling

when deccelerate and engage the clutch the engine some times stalls. when read my logs I see at 400RPM there is 0 spark advance, is this to litle?

    my settings are:
DFCO Enable RPM Threshold 1400 RPM
DFCO Disable RPM Threshold 1200 RPM
DFCO Enable MAP Threshold 28 Kpa
DFCO Disable MAP Threshold 30 Kpa
DFCO Disable RPM Decrease Threshold 2500 RPM/sec
DFCO Enable Coolant Temp. Threshold 20 Deg. C
DFCO Enable MPH Threshold 15 MPH
DFCO Enable Delay Timer 0.3 sec.
    DFCO Spark Retard 35 Deg.

    I have AFR 180 heads and a lt4 hotcam

    Are my setting Ok?

your delay timer is probably too short. try 1 second.

if you're worried you're hitting dfco just jack it up a bit.

your delay timer is also really short..?

there's no real reason to maintain dfco to such a low rpm, as you never engine brake all the way to 1200rpm, do you? if you think about it, you probably would never want to be in a state of engine braking below 2000rpm in a car like that. try enable 1800, disable 1500

when read my logs I see at 400RPM there is 0 spark advance, is this to litle?
engine shouldn't run (well, or at all) at 0 degrees spark advance, but even though you see 400rpm and 0deg in your log, it's possible it's displaying 400rpm when in fact it's already stalled? doesn't your bin have a 'minimum spark advance' setting?

i would also bump the minimum RPM thresholds up a bit.... probably by 100 to start.

DFCO Disable RPM Decrease Threshold 2500 RPM/sec

that may also benefit from some tweaking, since you could change it to allow DFCO to exit faster when RPMs drop too quickly.

there is also the possibility of the IAC needing to be opened a little further while in DFCO or that the ramp out of DFCO needs to happen faster to keep the engine alive.

    Thanks guys
    the problem is solved
the engine breaking is also a lot smoother

    This is what I did

DFCO Enable RPM Threshold 1400 RPM changed to 1500
DFCO Disable RPM Threshold 1200 RPM changed to 1300
DFCO Enable MAP Threshold 28 Kpa
DFCO Disable MAP Threshold 30 Kpa
DFCO Disable RPM Decrease Threshold 2500 RPM/sec changed to 2000
DFCO Enable Coolant Temp. Threshold 20 Deg. C
DFCO Enable MPH Threshold 15 MPH
DFCO Enable Delay Timer changed to 1.0 sec.
DFCO Spark Retard 35 Deg.changed to 25 deg.

    Or must I change more?
