    Greetings from Bavaria

    Hi Guys,

...to be honest, this is my 2nd post ;)

I own a '95 vette for almost 5 years now and plan a transmission swap to manual, after the automatic tranny died.
This is the main reason, why I have been landed here. :)
I don't want a not correct working PCM with maybe even a wrong speedo...
...and since theres nobody in Germany who can do this professionally to a '95 Y body, or at least have some experience to this, I will have to learn this by myself.

But as an engineering student its fun to me, and its also nice to have found a new hobby that brings me some skills which I can use in a future job ;)

Welcome to the forum! That sounds like a fun project, I'm sure someone here can help you out. What part of Bavaria? I was stationed in Ansbach and Schweinfurt when I was in the Army.

Thanks! I live south of Munich, in the alps, at the border to Austria. Great place to drive a vette! :) (exepct fuel and shipping costs ;) )
