    Help with 1227747 tuning datalog

I am having a problem with the IN/BLM being fixed at 128 as well as no change in the o2 sensor. I have checked the wiring and tested the o2 sensor and all looks good. XDF is $42-1227747-V5.9.3.xdf and ADX is $42-1227747-V5.2.adx. I have included a short datalog, what am I missing here?

I am not where I can look at your log right now. But sounds like you are in open loop. The INT/BLM will be fixed in open loop. Once it goes into closed loop you can read what the INT/BLM are doing.

I am having a problem with the o2 sensor output. I am using a new heated o2 sensor (Bosch 13077) with the input from the black wire (weatherpack pin C) to D7. I checked continuity of the wire and all is ok but as you can see in the datalog the o2 output is stuck at 455.7 and the CTS is working fine. Any other ideas as to why the o2 is not working are greatly appreciated.

I got your log to work however not much of a log.
But you are still in open loop the BLM will be locked on 128 in open loop.

What bcc are you running? (the 4 letter code on the chip) Another thing to check is to make sure the exhaust has a good ground connection to the engine block. If your exhaust is not making a good electrical connection back to the block, your o2 is basically unplugged and all you wil get is the voltage that is generated in the ecm which is approximately .45 V A quick test would be to connect a ground wire between the block ground connection and the metal shell on the o2 sensor and view the data when engine comes up to operating temp.

When I added a heated o2 sensor I used D6 for the ground but it was not connected to the engine block which I corrected now it works fine. Also the bin I was using was "AKAR 87 R-V Truck 5.7TBI 4 speed manual.bin" and the "Closed Loop - CTS to Enable" temp was set to 254c which disabled closed loop. so i switched to "ASDW 87 R-V Truck 5.7TBI 4 speed manual.bin" which is set at 48c. Thanks for the input I will probably post more ?? after I get a good datalog and begin tweaking.
