Datastream Definition $0D and code 26

If I understand this correctly, the adx file for $0D doesn't include code 26 (QDM Failure).

I'd like to add that to the adx file.

My scanner reports this code being set so I assume it is IN the datastream but that the adx file just doesnt decode it. Does that sound right?

Is there a reference somewhere for where in the stream this code 26 trouble code would reside... so that I can add it to my adx file?

Tell me if I am way off base here....
