New member tuning 91 gta 383

Hi everyone I am new member and I have a 383 stroker in a 91 gta. The car will start and run on the stock chip. If you could point me in the right direction I am trying to use a autoprom tuner with tuner pro rt software. I have downloaded this bin AUJP_90_F-car_5_7TPI_auto.bin and I have this 8D.adx file with this $8D.xdf file and with everything loaded I try to start the car to begin tuning and the car won't start. Where do I begin? Should the car start without altering any settings on the bin file? My head is spinning and I don't know where to begin. Thank you in advance this is all new and I am getting a crash coarse today.
