tbi and e85

Has anyone done a succesful e85 conversion and benfitted from it? my trucks slightly modded motor wise, i started tuning my own suff making minor tweaks after i got my base tune and compared it to stock and such but what all would it take to first convert a tbi truck to e85, and what would it take tuning wise? i like the idea im just unsure if itd be beneficial at all with a slightly built motor and trans, will mileage improve but performance be depleted enormously?
