    7747 to p4

    Hello everyone

I am looking for help. First has anyone done the 7747 to p4 ecu conversion? 2nd was there any complications? 3rd. Did you do a hardwire or made an adapter harness?

If anyone has done the adapter harness, how hard was it? Better yet do you have it and not using it? With suffering from PTSD and TBI, I seem to have it harder to do.these tasks than before. So if you have a harness, I would be interested in buying it.

And YES, I did try searching for the information.

    Curtis

Been done lots of times, no need for a new harness, just change one wire at a time.

Since I have a manual tranny, is there any special considerations?

Less wires, chip will have to be changed and you will need a 40 tooth VSS. The 97427 was never used with a manual trans.

I am running my 7427 with a 2 PPR vss and have no issues. Simply set the flag vss not from drac. No 40 tooth vss required unless your running the e-trans.
