    Closed Loop Idle Flag

If I install a heated O2 sensor in my OBD1 Burb, should I switch to Closed Loop Idle, or does that flag reallly matter?

open loop idle can be done for a couple of different reasons, a cold O2 being one of them. the others are generally idle stability or it just not running as it should with closed loop control for whatever reason.

i'd try it, at the very least.
