SO if I had a 91 tbi 4.3 chevy S-10 and a 350 TBI motor and a 7747 ECM laying around. Aside fromt he obvious motor mounts etc etc. what (harness wise) would it take to make the 4.3 harness a 5.7 harness?

Really! If the 5.7L is complete there are a couple differant parts on motor like injectors, knock sensor and knock module/ESC...

yes like Mark says, injectors, knock sensor and knock module, prom and of course motor mounts, exhaust manifolds (Camaro/Firebird) or headers.
*some of the 89-91 4.3 S10/Blazers use the same knock sensor and knock module as the 89-91 350 TBI trucks, so you may get lucky
