Making an Async bin into a Sync bin??

Is it as easy as doing a copy from compare for the Async PW and Transition settings?

I've been using ANTY for a while, and have noticed it's in Async mode a lot. Seems like when it's in that mode my BLMs are pretty squirrely, they usually go 140+ and I don't trust that. I got the BLM's pretty close (120-132), but the idle always feels a little rough/choppy and steady cruise sometimes goes Async too. Weird. I see why folks don't like Async tuning.

Tried some other 7.4/TH400 bins and they were worse, car would hardly idle in CL and drove with a constant surge in CL.

I wasn't sure what bin's were Sync for TH400 so I copied in the PW and Transition values from ASDU and drove it briefly, seems like a positive change even without a VE adjustment.
My 20-30 MAP will need work. I get a pretty noticeable surge on decell and my INT goes way low. I think the 2 are connected, seemed to coincide. I'm assuming this will tune out. DFCO and PE were still turned on, just briefly testing this late.
Idle is way smoother, I like that.
