i think my pcm is fried

i finally got everything hooked up and upon first try to start i got a no start and error codes 21,36,38,45,54. i checked the pump relay first and it was ok so then i checked the wiring and it also was ok. i then checked to see if i had power at the control wire to the relay when i turned the key on, no power, so i tried to start , still no power so i guess it is fried. is a 16197427 capable of runing four TBI injectors without modification to the drivers? if so do i wire in seres or parallel? i sent my last pcm off to get modified and i should have had it checked first well you live and learn. any help is appreciated.

dtc 21= tps sensor out of range
dtc 36 = ignition system circuit error
dtc 38 = brake input circuit fault
dtc 45 = oxygen sensor rich
dtc 54 = egr system failure or fuel pump circuit low voltage

I would say that you have wiring problems as a guess.I would start by testing my TPS first, then the brake input circuit, then the O2 sensor values. something is definately wrong to get that many errors, and probably why it doesn't start. It is possible that the ECM is fried, but those are inputs to the ECM, not outputs.
