    My first post

Hi I am working on a 1976 ventura I swapped in a 1992 Camaro TBI 305 and 4l60. Mods are 086 TPI heads with porting, good dual exhaust no cats, injector spacer, open element air cleaner and adjustable fuel pressure regulator set to 14 psi. stock injectors.

I put in a TBIChips prom a few years ago but it does not run that good. So I am going to tune it myself.

I have a 1227747 ecm with adapter soldered in so I can burn AT29c256 EEProms and also have another ECM and some 2732a Eproms for the final tune. And have winaldl, tunercats, & tunerpro software. Several years ago I burned a few stock bins onto a 2732a eprom and tested it out the car did run with those. Yesterday I did a few test burns of some stock bins onto the AT29c256 EEProms, the car did not run good at all, barely got it to start.

I believe I am not getting the offsets correct. the GQ-4X programmer software has a button labeled (01....ff) fill buffer with data. I put in 007000 for the from address hex and 007fff to address hex and ff for the data window.

Can anyone tell me the correct offsets for a AT29c256 and a 4k bin?

File Size Chip Buffer Start -> End Chip Start -> End
    4k (4096) AT29C256 000000 -> 000FFF 007000 -> 007FFF

When you get the chip burning figured out, post a TunerPro RT data log .xdl file for us to look at so we can help you tune.

Thank you I got it to work now. I flashed a few different bins and it runs and starts. Gonna do some datalogging with tunerproRT now.

My first .xdl take a look I am not sure if I logged properly

Dave and anyone else that is interested.
I am not sure how to get the info I need to change my bin from this log.
    I only know Win ALDL
I have a .xdl this is a data log after I burned my second chip.
I subtracted fuel at idle and raised the idle speed to 600 rpm from 550 rpm on the first chip.
The second I subtracted a small amounts of fuel from the entire map & more at low rpms.

I have quickly reviewed the attached .xdl file.

The history table is similar to WinALDL.

Based on what I'm seeing in the history table from the attached .xdl file, I would lower the BPW down about 3. The screen shot shows a BPW of 135, so I would lower the BPW to 132 for the example shown.

Ok, thank you. I was going to ask how to change the base pulse width...those screen shots are all I need!
As soon as I get some time I will have to spend some time getting to know how tunerproRT works.
It really is a fantastic tuner program.
