Adapting GM fuel injection to a Dodge......yep a Dodge.

    Hello everyone!

Currently working a project-440 into a 93 Dodge Dakota. I've have been reading about converting to a EFI system which uses many GM components.
    Sounds like a great setup!
Anybody have any tips, tricks, hints, expertise, diagrams that would help in this process?

    Thanks

Slow and steady, learn each part. I did a 440 Mopar engine in a 79 Scout II which was a very cool project.

Big Block 7.4L TBI works great on these. You need the TBI unit from a 93 an older for the big injectors at lower pressure 12 PSI. The 94 and newer have a better ECM/PCM but run smaller injectors at 30 PSI.

I think it would be a good plan to use the GM TBI HEI Ignition Coil for your conversion.
