87 Corvette New to TunerPro RT

I need some help with the moates kit I received. I have a 87 vette that I'm trying to tune for the first time. I pulled my ECU and removed the chip. On the outside someone labeled "89 vette (3.07)" on it. TunerPro R/T is installed. Can someone send me first timer instructions on how to read the chip and set up (software) my laptop using windows XP? Once the software is set up I think I'll be ok. I'm using TunerPro R/T. I would like to be able to read the chip I pulled from the ECO. I have the HDR1. I don't get how to load the XDF file. Here's what I got from moates; GP1 Package: GM Adapter with 2 chips, 'ALDU1 and CABL1', 'BURN2 Chip Programmer', HDR1 Memcal Header, TunerPro RT V5, 'Ostrich 2.0 : The New Breed'. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the info. Dave from Moates helped me out today but I'm sure I'll need more help very soon.

    Sorry I missed your post?

Here's a link to the TunerPro XDF and ADX lookup spreadsheet to find the right one for your car. There are links to thread with files for each mask.

Great info.! Thanks for the reply. Going from stock to duel exh., long headers, A/C unit removed and smog stuff also removed, what fuel and or spark settings should I change? When I start the car you can smell it's running rich. Also, how do I retard the timing 2 deg.?
