You will also need a "socket booster" for the Ostrich 2.0. I don't think the Ostrich 1.0 needed it though.

    Yeah, forgot about the booster.

You wanna sell one of your extra 2.0's?

Sorry damanx, I'd like to keep my flock of Emus together at this point. :)

No worries, I have an ocd also with things like that. I know I have more than enough o scopes and dvms than I need, but nothing like having spares. Last count on ecm's was 8, and I know I have at least 3 of each sensor.

In regards to the ostrich, I think I will just order direct from moates. Their cost versus resale isn't that much to justify forgoing a warranty.

O'Scopes you say? That leads to other test equipment... I might be persuaded to trade an Ostrich for a Function/Signal Generator, if you have one to trade.

You're right about resale value. The only reason I have so many is because I usually bought packages that made the overall package too good to pass up.

I'd like something that will go to at least 1 MHZ, has all of the basic signals, sine, triangle, square, etc. (arb would be a bonus) and the duty cycle control of the square wave MUST be adjustable down to at least 1% and up to 99%. Vout of up to 10V would be great. A built in display would be a bonus and preferred, so that I don't need to use my O'scope or get a frequency counter to go along with it. I've used a function gen recently that would only allow adjustment between 20% and 80% of the square wave duty cycle, which made it basically useless for what I was testing, since it turned out I needed to go down to 11% to 12% to get the end result. I'm glad I used that one at school before buying one, since it was one of the models I have been looking at.

let me know what you have.
