    What is T/F?

In a "165 ECM running 6E there is a scalar titled "IAC Steps Added to T/F in Drive", what is T/F?

I'm just wondering. To be honest I'm about sick of playing with this obsolete ECM. It was fine with the old engine which had a smaller cam but this 280/288 XFI cam has proven to be a real pain to get it a driver friendly as I want it to be.

    That makes sense, Thanks
At first I though that adding a few steps will help with my engine wanting to go dead as soon as I put the trans in drive but after a little research I don't think it would help this.

Yeah... it seems that would increase the TF while in drive. But you may need an IAC count rise when in drive... I'm not familar with $6E except to know if I get one to do a SD swap...

I have a '730 pcm somewhere, not sure if the chip is still in it or not. Maybe I should look into converting my wiring harness to work with it.

The throttle follower is usually used when moving. The closed loop idle control gets disabled and then the throttle follower simply adds air according to speed.

Have you tried the "Idle Speed Adder Park/Neutral" scalar?

You do have a park/neutral switch connected?

The p/n switch is not connected, never wired it in when I went from a 5 speed to an automatic. You may be on to something here.
