    sounds like you need to set the off sets to 00f000, or 000f00 I really forgot which is correct.

    Don't use the Emulator to burn chips.

    In TunerPro RT go to Tools, Hardware Utilities, Moates PROM I/O and it's the same software from Moates Flash and Burn. Get the offsets correct.

    if the file i am loading to buffer is the bin file when i do it it just says fil larger than chip selected. its not giving me any size. i even erased the chip and tried again with no luck. should i try each address until i find the rite one? the chip is the ones that came with the autoprom 27sf512

    What size is your bin file?

    Did you select the 27FS512 chip? Then double check both sets of offsets are correct?

    Match it up to the list I made at link above for offsets.

    Here's the offsets with program set to 27FS512
    64k (65536) 27SF512 000000 -> 00FFFF 000000 -> 00FFFF

    If it accepted it, it should be fine, you'll know when you install chip and watch CEL for on, blink and stay on till engine starts then off.

    You always open the bin in TunerPro RT with correct XDF, make changes, save file with new name. Then do the erase and burn process again.
