almost ready to start my truck with 5.7 and manual trans but i have question

i am almost ready to start my truck for the first time . i have a 5.7 with manual trans and i am setting it up. i went through the tunerpro flags section and turned off all of the trans stuff and checked the manual trans flag and put the rpm vs shift parameters to zero. is there anything else i should do before i start ?

Go for it! Have your data logging hooked up and ready and in Item Lists look for the malfunction or error codes, they will tell you what you forgot or an idea of what's going wrong.

Post a bin and data log and we can help there too!
