Does it look like an underhood LT1 PCM or a aluminum box type? How many plugs?

Pretty sure that is a flash type and never had any support... so bad choice to start anything with.

If I'm correct then no and even if you could there's no way to flash it.

IIRC, that might be one of the early OBD2 units.

want to pop it open and take a few pics? i'm curious to know if it is a 6800 or 68000 powered unit. or, knowing GM, dual 6800.

    BLAZER S10/JIMMY S15 93 Elec Cont Unit (ECU); (6-262, 4.3L), (right side dash under glove box), ID 16184738 S10/S15/SONOMA 94-95 Elec Cont Unit (ECU); 6-262 (4.3L), ID 16184738 S10/S15/SONOMA 95 Elec Cont Unit (ECU); 6-262 (4.3L), ID 16151140

This is the under hood ECU that works with 1994 1995 S10's that came only with the 4.3L TBI and 5 speed Transmission

I'm wondering if TunerCats OBD1 WinFlash would work?

From the TunerCats website ( http://www.tunercat.com/tnr_desc/ecm_sup.html#trucks ) "We are continually developing new ECM Definition Files for additional vehicles so if you don't see one you need drop us an e-mail at tc@tunercat.com."
