    ECM testing/rebuild

Since I have tested everything I can and my TBI is still running rich and my idle doesn't increase at startup, I'm left with thinking something is shorted in the ECM. Any recommendations to a repair shop?

Never heard of a repair shop for them... I know that most remanufactured ECMs are just tested and if OK cleaned up and sold. If you really need one look for ragged on ebay. He is reasonable and will always replace if bad.

I posted up how to test your IAC and ECM IAC circut in the other thread. So diagnose first, replace parts later!

I'll do the test again but I did find several companies that rebuild and test ECMs.
