You have with the 2.7437, was just going to do the math to see. As your not using it to control a transmission, its not as critical for all the math to be right. With what you have done, just go for a drive with the gps. Do 60 mph by scanner and see what gps shows. If its out just use this: GPS indicated speed/pcm scanner speed=error ratio X vss pulses per mile.
As long as the speedo gear drive reduction is 2.91 then everything you have done is correct.
