Question Power on 16 pin OBD1 (OBD2 type) connectors

Q1. Is there a standard switched power pin, or maybe something like a fuel pump voltage test pin that receives power on the 94 - 95 GM 16 pin (OBD2 type) OBD1 connector? If so which pin?

Q2. Is there a standard unswitched - constant power pin on the 94 - 95 GM 16 pin (OBD2 type) OBD1 connector? If so which pin?

GM implies pin 16 for constant +12V for the applications i checked.

i'm not seeing any switched +12V though.
