no closed loop mode ECM 16141470

So, what we have:
ECM 16141470
Eprom 16191613
Prom id 1615
scan id 1814
BCC BFJZ

New 3 wire o2 sensor (works perfect)
Nece looking signal from O2 sensor in tuner pro.
No errors in ECM.

But ECM all the time in open loop mode.

What i need to check more deep?

Nothing, it's an Export chip designed to run on leaded fuel = it's always open loop.

Which Prom I can upload to this ECU to get normal closed loop operation?
It's pontiac trans sport 3.8L L27n\a 1993 trans 4t60e.

Yes!
Values are 50% looks wrong. Prom Id is ok. Both Fan temp are wrong 100%.

When I was looking for ADS file I also try all of existing ADS.. Not OK. I made my own from A205 data stream protocol.
I think that it's to much differens in my version. I already decompile it. But it take to much time to find all what i need. Advise needed )))))

Which CPU used in this PCM? Motorola? I am going to disasm BFJZ and BFJJ.
From existing XDF 5B4 is more closed to it. but any how not usefull for it.

But looked at the bin you had attached earlier and at hex 00008 it has mask ID of $F5 and I've never heard of it? HA! Just looked at TunerCat website and found a new $F5 mask!!!

Maybe a USA version of bin with matching ALDL/ADS/ADX file would be an easier start... have a look at this document to see if it helps find a bin/mask/aldl file?

I check BFJJ.bin in 0x08 also $F5 is it so that mask F5 must be used for it?
