Lean cruise AFR ratios wont save?

Hello Mark here to report both good and bad news. I have been able to get the bin to work with my AFR settings for lean cruise. I raised the open loop Max AFR to from 15 to 16.6. Also installed the egr patch. Problem is it won't always engage and I can't figure out why. Even with your settings (I left your bin alone as it always worked before) but even it is random as to whether open loop will engage at cruise. I drove to work this morning 15 miles and it worked for the whole drive. I then drove it home tonight and it did not engage the entire 15 miles home..... A day or 2 ago it did this so I pulled over and put in the chip with your bin on it and it still did not engage. Therefore something that is on both chips is causing this. I don't have any ideas on what else to play with to make this work like it should. I have read through alll the settings a few times and didn't come up with anything to play with for this particular issue...... Any ideas on some setting that could be preventing open loop from time to time?

see where your map kpa is, may have a higher map going the other direction. up hill down hill might set the delay to 10 seconds.

Good idea, however it also doesn't work on the same roads going the same direction. so i don't think it is the kpa....

Please keep ideas coming, I must be close?????
