the paulse with is how long the injectors are open, the egr is deleted in the bin I double checked it so if you are going to use it use this one . after changing heads and intake you will have to get another data log to see where you are. good to here you back.

cant get it running nearly at all with that bin, it drowns, my wb wnt even show how rich it is and got smoke like diesel, i took some asdu stock bin, change it for 6 cylinders and bpw to 135, didnt have time for testing and log it but alteast was able to drive it back warm inside,it might start snowing any day now.

cant say anything but the bin is corrupt. there is a apab bin on the web that is a 6cylender sync bin that is what a asdu bin is a sync. its a lot easyer starting with a v6 bin instead of the v8 you need to aply the bpw and egr patch on ether one. iforget what they are but you may get better idle out of the other type bin. I ran that apab bin in my truck only had problemes with the egr if you apply the patch in tuner pro that wont matter. asyn is the other type bin, that is what most v6s run.

I think in the costunt table set temp for closed loop fuel to the max? I would set the timming in the table to 20 degrezz from 400 to 1000 rpms up to 40-45 kpa on the map. I would set the bpw constant back to 181 that along will give you more fuel. you could also lower the 14.7 scoth to 14or so.

It's been a while since I have messed with any tuning, but need to do more myself with my truck.

I downloaded your BIN and log from above and unless I am looking at something wrong, running the log shows the engine in Open loop at idle.

One thing I notice when I run the log, I see the o2 sensor seems to stick at 430 something for the majority of the log.

If i set blm's to 181 it will flood and stall the engine, usually i use 14.1 stoich but no i just made only those 2 changes to otherwise stock bin...

If i add more timing my idle will go over 1000, cant have that in emission test

In log o2 seems to do so, in real its not, and i have auxilary wb gauge where i look my afr's

I raised closed loop temp to max and noticed i will get best idle when i have 850 to 900 rpm and afr 12.7, but i dont know how to make it normally idle like that, i shuld need to somehow compensate the error or get it idle in open loop

    I am confused.

Not sure how your O2 sensor can be working and the data stream showing what it is as there is a point in the last part of the log where the o2 sensor voltage starts changing.

its idleing about 50 map, try changing 30-50 400-800 rpm ve1 cell blocks to 20.0 . that is why it floods when you set the bpw to 181 it putting 30 -38 at idle.

Why should i make it any leaner at idle when its too lean allready

Now if i change blm to 181 what is more suitable for stock injectors i may have better blm at idle but rest of the ve map will be useless

if you unhook the o2 sensor I think it will run in open loop all the time, and mostly off the air fuel ratio vrs cooleent temp table.i applied the bpw an egr patch to your bin, also un checked the o2 diagnose box if you don't unplug the o2 recheck this box.

im not sure if you understant what im after here... now that bin you made and also disconnecting o2 sensor will make my engine running in open loop... but it will make it all the time not only when idling, for fuel economy and other reasons i would like to have that o2 sensor and closed loop, i rather have a carb than run open loop
    permanently...

i think there must be a better way to get it idling in open loop or way to compensate too lean afr in closed loop but i think i have to ask somewhere how to do it...

that was just a suggestion I don't know how to do that, project 1 to many may. you have to adjust the hole ve table. if it is flooding above 1000 rpms when bpw is 181 with a load on it then you must be running more fuel pressure than 13psi or bigger injectors. that bin is your posted bin I just applied the bpw and egr patch and unchecked the o2 settings in the switch tables. my engine is a 1994 4.3 vortec its stock but if I cut bpw down to 179 it don't run near as good as 181 which is a factory setting. have you adjusted you throttle blades in your throttle body?
