I always support Moates for chips and everything.

So it's a 27SF512 chip? No switch adapter? Not very likely it would go bad. Does it erase and check blank?

It was a switchable adaptor to start with but today I made a adaptor from a zif connector and same problem.It does erase and check blank.I wil check off sets but every thing has been working for months and hundreds of burns, this also just started while out driving not after a new burn.

I found the little prongs on the usb on the moates data cable that are for the little resistor were bent over and shorting out this seems to have burned up the ecm, is this possible?

Time to start over I guess new ecm,new moates adaptor,new chip and see if that will take care of problem.

I had this happen on a TPI corvette and it was low fuel pressure, Pump would put out enough to start and run the car but as it accelerated it would lean out.
