    Yes, I took it loose at the tank and tried it, got 40 psi. I am stumped. I hope it's not in the tank switch.

    Well, I'm pretty sure it is the tank valve. I am going to just bypass the valve as I only have 1 tank right now. I will fix it when I replace the bad tank and pump. I took the return line loose at the valve and get 12 psi. Tomorrow I should have it back running. I will post after I get it fixed with a new log.

    That's one expensive and complicated valve and plumbing circuit for two tanks isn't it? Wow! I was amazed the first time I had to work on one...

    Least you found the issue and may get on to running, driving, tuning... you sure that truck likes you?

    Well, it is back to normal. I have 12 psi at the throttle body now. here is a short log of what it now looks like.
