Injector offsets vs Battery voltage is very similar to stock. Not off by much :-)

Hello all, so I got my car back to the tuner out here and the car seems pretty good now. Made 290HP at the wheels and is running good. We started with a $32B ACXZ bin file. The only thing I want to try to get better are the cold starts. Because of their being no 9th injector on my tpis mini ram, what table can I play with to add more fuel to get the cold start on my car better? Is there a table in $32B or only in the $6E?
