Which plug do you need? I have both 7747 plugs with no wires, and a pile of wires with pins that came out of them. But not sure if thats what you need.
    I also have a test bench I can test 7427, 7727, and 7730 ecm's on, but no 7747.

So today I did a SHIT LOAD of work! I added support for ADX files (and dropped support for ADS in the process). I can understand why Mark (TunerPro) doesn't support both file formats in parallel in TunerPro either. I might end up doing like him and providing an ADS to ADX converter at this point, but it's not really high in the priority list as I would assume everybody is using TunerPro v5 and therefore migrated to ADX.

ADX turned out to be a ton of work, I completed support today but started it a while ago. There will probably some tweak needed still but at least it's working. I will go over the app tonight to make sure everything is at least as good as before.

I also changed the way I was displaying "Incorrect response length from ECU" and "Checksum mismatch" to make it more obvious and show that it's a serious issue :)

Btw Mark (EagleMark), you were right about the ADX file, I just increased the body size and everything was fine in TunerPro after. Thx!

I'm not sure I would worry about the import from ADS to ADX feature, since Tuner Pro can do that.

The other issue is that when importing an ADS to ADX, they don't ALWAYS import correctly, which would take editing in Tuner Pro anyway. The last few builds of Tuner Pro seem to have less issues with this, but as I said I'd leave the heavy stuff to Tuner pro, and make this app what you've set it out to be, a data logger, that happens to use Tuner Pro files.

Yeah by "at this point" I meant "at some point" which could end up being never :P

This ADS vs ADX thing remembered me that I worked on a XDF parser as well (that is currently in the app but unused). The XDF parser I have is for version 1.11 file but apparently there is XDF version 1.30 now as well. Is this the same deal as ADS and I wasted my time with the version 1.11 ? From what I'm seeing, it seems that both format are supported by TunerPro v5 but I'm not sure.

    Ex:
    Version 1.11: http://tunerpro.net/download/bindefs/GM/8F_v2.xdf
    Version 1.30: http://tunerpro.net/download/bindefs/GM/8F.xdf

It's nothing against you, more against me not looking a bit more what is out there before starting to code :P I remember thinking why does these files are this non sense format instead of something a bit more structured (AKA easier to parse) such as XML. Sure enough, that's what the new XDF files are :P

Yup! and thank you for the edit...

And it's not recommended but I do a lot of editing to these files now in Edit Pad, just the same as a HTML, XML or CGI. It may crash TP if you do it wrong, but normally just open in TP after edit to check and save and TP will update correctly... like Item Count in the ADX file.

That said TP will still open the old XDF format and when saved it is new format! But ADS needed to be imported...

Yeah exactly, TP seems to do the following:

XDF: Load whatever version, always save in the latest version
ADS: need to be converted to ADX
    ADX: Load whatever version

So I'm assuming saying that the XDF need to be the newer XML format to be used in the app is OK if it's as easy as the ADS -> ADX conversion. I don't think I will have real time tuning support anytime soon but it's worth to start thinking about that stuff :)
