data log of injector shut off on accelleration issue

I'm working on a 1993 Suburban 4X4 TBI setup. When I accelerate and the transmission shifts the injectors shut off for a second. I lose the injectors completely they go to 0 as you can see in the log. There is a bog obviously for a second and then it accelerates again until it shifts into the next gear at which time it does it again. I have rechecked all the ECU, engine and vehicle grounds, the electrical feed to the ecm remains constant with no loss of voltage. This is a four wheel drive truck. I have attached the log, xdl, ADF and Bin. Appreciate any idea you might have.

Looking at your log, you have some serious problems. Is this a transplant or is it still in the 93? I don't know much about 6E, but that ecm will also run $0d which you might want to try to see if that fixes anything, however I doubt it. I see error codes turn off and on, and the timing and knock retard values are way out of wack. where is the timing set? Did you disconnect the tan wire? is this a stock motor?

Like Jim said... you have issues?

    Batt voltage 11.5?
    Spark advance always at 41.8?
    20 plus degrees knock retard?
    It's always Open Loop?
    Data Glitches?

It is a 383 with a RV Camshaft and has 10-1 compression. I set the timing at 4 with the tan test timing connector disconnected. I am new to tuning the TBI and would appreciate any input. With the vehicle I have a 1993 Suburban 4X4 with a 4L60E I was told to run the 6E. Which error codes should be turned off and Vise Versa. What other information would be helpful?

The ECU is Part Number 16168625 According to Tuner Pro's download site the 6E is the correct Definition for this ECU. I took the chip and read it out to get the actual data file. I then used the ADX for the ECU according to Tuner Pro's site also. Not sure how the data is the way it is.

Besides the entire tune would need to be changed for the new motor... you have other issues as I mentioned above. Nothing is really correct?

93 Suburban... what PCM did it come with?

EDIT: We posted same time. What was the BCC/four letter bin code?

You have way to much knock, with that much compression, you probably will need to remove spark until you get the tune in line. You are using a knock sensor right? We will also need the cam specs. Leave all error codes on for now. You might want to try a $0d bin to see if it helps.

    Mark, it is BHAS

But spark advance is reading 41.x degrees always?

    Batt voltage is only 11.5?

Code is BHAS and the battery voltage was due to a non functioning alternator I fixed that today. Had the battery fully charged when i did the log. Not sure why the timing doesn't change and is static at 41.8.

I just downloaded the $Od bin and corresponding adx files. Will try that and see what it does. Will turn on all the codes and see what shows up.

    Thanks for the help.

    Did you burn anohter chip?

With data glitches making error codes blink along with all data there is a wiring issue or? You don't have codes set. Spark, if correct is an issue! Grounds? Spark plug wires to close to EFI wires?

If you truly are looking at a 6E definition file, that is for a MAF TPI. You need an E6 file.

That being said, check for loose or missing or dirty/loose grounds at the back of the passenger cylinder head and the thermostat housing Don't forget the ground strap as well.

Yep, that would explain the erroneous data, I'm surprised that it connects at all.

How does a stock bin act?

You have some odd changes to your current bin, and while I can't say that those changes would cause the symptom you describe, there has to be a combination that is causing it.
