i'm no expert like the rest of these guys but i dont think winaldl will work for your 7060 as i belive that to be a 8192 baud rate ecm. you might have to switch and try tunerpro or something else... hope i'm right on this and that it helps.

WinALDL does not work with the 7060 computer.

I don't beleive WinALDL will do that PCM? It's been so long since I've used it Im not sure.
