Your going to have to type more!

How did it start? Run during warmup? How did it drive? How did it idle? Feedback son, we need feedback!

Here's some notes/specs of the engine I'm tuning.
1227747 ECM, t5 trans, no EGR, no Air pump, shorty headers, stock injectors, stock fuel pressure <needs change!
75 350 bored .20 over, lunati voodoo cam .437/.454 lift .250/256 duration, holley street dominator intake, 487x heads. in a chevy s10

Looks pretty darn good in data! Idle at end was a little rich...

IAC count was way to high at idle at end of log. Turn the throttle plate adjustment screw in 1/4 turn and we will look at end of next log.

Under bits and switches it shows Diagnostic mode enabled? Did you have the 10k switch on? If so no 10k for next log.

What is fuel pressure set to?

its starts great, drives nice, runs rich you can smell gas bad when its driving and i guess i was shooting flames last night, normally doesn't like to idle at 650 i have to drive it with the iac valve unplugged. there is no 10k switch, fuel pressure is at 13 psi at idle. and at about 4000 RPMS it loads up like there is to much fuel

that switch on the side of the ALDL cable operates the 10K switch. when the O side is down, the resistor is disconnected and when the - side is down, it's active.

It won't idle at 650 when the chip is set to idle at 750... we may be able to get idle down some but it's a manual trans so 750 and that cam should be fine. You need to plug the IAC back in and let the ECM control idle.

With the IAC unplugged it may be why the data says Diagnostic Mode enabled? I'm not sure what that will do, or how it will effect data? There is a error 44 O2 sensor lean, but no where in log did I see lean or rich and surely no flames!

I just put a,new o2 in it the old one broke and gave me that code and I never cleared codes. It never idled that good. And I just thought that 650 was factory so it should idle there

Plug the IAC back in, clear codes, make sure switch on data cable is off and do another log with idle at end. Log does not have to be half as long as last one.

I'm not sure how you can feel rich? If you don't have a Cat it will always smell rich. BLM says it's perfect!

Where does your exhaust dump on truck?

Now the idle at end of log... looks like it's stalling? The IAC count is way to high and then goes higher trying to save stall. Have to open throttle blades 1/4 turn, maybe 1/2 because it looks like you tried to lower idle with them? TPS voltage is to low! Do this with key off and then start truck. This will not lower idle, it is just a minimum air setting to allow air and fuel from injector above throttle plate to mix better. Idle RPM is handled through ECM setting. 800+ when cold and 750 when warmed up.

Seriously I would not change the fuel VE table as is. Maybe at idle if we can get some better idle logs? But like I said when we started you will need some more fuel pressure, you hitting over 100% at WOT high RPM, so with 15 PSI we will need to re adjust the Fuel VE tables.

exhaust dumps at the bumper no cat but at 4000 rpms its like its loading up on fuel. but could that be because im not getting enough fuel. yes it was stalling now it seems to be idling better ill get another idle log. i went in a 1/4 turn already after you said to. how could i up my fuel pressure?

Go at least another 1/4 turn in if that log had already had 1/4 turn in... if that don't idle after a drive then turn truck off and go another 1/4 turn in and do an idle data at end of a drive/log.

Adjustable regulator will raise pressure. Buy one or make one:
    http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...sure-Regulator

Looks like it could be low on fuel when your reaching 4000 RPM, all I have to go on is Narrow Band voltage reading that is not dead on accurate but gives an idea and it looks OK... but then you go Async fueling, so yes it is running out and trying to change fueling methods from Sync to Async.

idle log with a 1/2 turn on the screw. so get an adjustable regulator and put it on the return fuel side and take out the stock spring?

    That's the hard way.

The regulator is part of the injector pod and can be made adjustable, look at link I gave above. Or buy one like this:
    http://www.amazon.com/Hypertech-4014.../dp/B000P6C31S

    There's many to choose from.

Llooks like we are starting to idle! Still a little high on IAC counts so go in 1/4 more.

Not sure why TPS voltage is dropping? We may have to loosen TPS sensor and twist it as far as possible to get voltage to .54 at closed throttle. You can use TP data to do this after you go in 1/4 turn more.

Is your base timing set to 0 with bypass wire disconnected?
