    New ECM/PCM labels?

Anybody know how I can remake the labels that are on the cases?
I just want to reproduce what is already on it,factory style.
I have a pretty nice printer, are there labels and a template?
Pretty sure I remember buying labels at an office supply store and printing them in my regular printer years ago,I guess just trial and error for the template?
    What is everyone else doing?

    Black marker...

I have wanted to get some labels and make a custom template to fill in info done to ECM/PCM. Not a problem with an inside ECM, but not sure how a paper label is going to hold up under hood?

probably about as well as the factory stickers. those seem to be adhesive-backed paper.

I need to go into the city to go to bearing place anyway,I'll go by staples and the like and see of I can find something that looks passably stock. My plan is to powdercoat some cases on the ecm's I have laying around and toss them on ebay.
I figure if I toss the ecm back together than I can put a label back on it.
Or if nothing else, provide a label if I sell just the cases since most seem the same.
I figure I can throw them in when I powder some other stuff and make $20 from what is otherwise junk?
I really hate throwing stuff away.

I didn't plan on putting that kind of label, though I might do a seperate label on it with my website address.I want to just remake the one below yours with the service number etc.
I think Mark is thinking along the lines of what you did.

My idea was a combination of both what it is stock and what has been done... along with a cool logo!

I think using a scanner of the original label (edit as needed with photoshop or similar software), then print on a similar sized label should work?

I've thought about that but I don't have a scanner currently or know someone with one.
I'll probably just take a pic and use photoshop or play with notepad and fonts or something similar.
I'll start asking around for a scanner though, surely someone I know has one to use.
In fact, recently both my mother and my sister posted old pics of me on facebook from years ago so I know they must have access to one.
