    NEWBIE

I am currently deployed on my last rodeo in Afghanistan, 19yrs in the Army as a 88M (truck Driver). I will retire upon redeployment in 2012.

I currently consider myself as a newbie, but I have a little experience with more than one project under way at the same time. I love cars and trucks, I am a true Gear Head. I like to do all my own work whenever possible, this leads to my second hobby of collecting tools.

My fist swap was a long time ago, Howell TBI on a CJ7, worked good. SOLD it years ago.

My second and current swap is a 67 BAJA BUG 4x4 w/ front mounted 5.3 vortec LM7 w/ turbo 350. Waiting on lots of fab work.

My third and current swap is a 81 GEN1 Toyota 4x4 w/ 2000 4.3 vortec w/ nv3500 and dana 300 transfer. Waiting on final wire hook up.

My future and fourth project is a 1972 J4000 4x4 w/ AMC 360 and a TBI. I am waiting on parts.

I will finish the third and fourth project as soon as I redeploy, currently next spring and I will finish the second one is a long term project.

    Welcome

I'm a veteran from the "call to action" of the early 90's. I figure you started your service as I was leaving my time in the service.

I'm always willing to give an extra effort for the active service members!

Nice another FSJ guy. I have put TBI's on 2 360's in the past. My current one is an 89 Wagoneer with LT1/700R4.
