They are all tranny codes. open TunerPRo ADX file A220 Trans1 $0E TP5 v250 and you will see them. There's some differences in wires between 4l60E $E6 and 4l80E $0E but you don't have either do you? What tranny? You'd need to fix the chip to run another tranny...

You connect through ALDL port to read codes and data. But have to physically read/write the chip to change.

Well read through this for a overview of what TunerPRo RT can do. Substitute $42 files with what you have, $E6 right?
Advanced $E6 TP5 v250.xdf to change the bin.
    A201 $E6 TP5 v250.adx to data log.

    Need a cable:
    http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...uy-ALDL-Cables!

Then to read write chips need a burner:
    https://www.moates.net/burn2-chip-pr....html?cPath=64

    Chip adapter G1
    https://www.moates.net/g1-memory-ada....html?cPath=64

Couple 27Fs512 chips or this package
    https://www.moates.net/gp1-package-g....html?cPath=64

And a Header to read the chip in your memcal
    https://www.moates.net/hdr1-memcal-h....html?cPath=64

This is what you are accomplishing with the adapter above for the chip and the header will read chip in Memcal. Problem with stock GM chip is it needs to be UV light erased and then burned, can be done but PIA and may fry chip?

Heck I don't know? BJLH is what is on Memcal right? Line 4000 position 8 in hex says it's $0D, for 4l60E trans, although it came in a 16196395 PCM which is supposed to be $0E and for 4l80E trans.

    So no it's not $e6, it is $0D !

Yes the adapter will work. Although the release date is 1993, it is a 1994 model year truck... or was...

thanks. needs alot of tweaking but it ran.... needs more fuel pressure. i believe that is the culprit to dieing.

time to pull harness and rework it since i know it runs :D

now that she runs, i started to rip apart the harness and im satisfied with the outcome :D

    before [gm harness]

what i removed [a/c bs, trans bs, emissions bs, and cruise control bs]

and here is what i have left to measure out and solder up [just main sensors and stuff to make the engine run and make my gauges work]

i seriously cannot be any happier with how little i am left with
everything is labeled to the correct pin and now its time to bust out the most rad harness you have ever seen...... painless wiring $350.... how about diy for free! :D winner winner chicken dinner!
post pics when its dunzo and in the beast :D

[QUOTE=Shawn1989;25432]1st 2 connectors are pcm, the other ones and gray box, i have no idea about

I have all the same plugs on my harness. Have you figured out what the one with the red, dark green, light green is for? I think its for A/C but not positive. Red and gray plug is for the wiper motor i believe.
Forgot, ive got a plug from the chasis harness with a white, black, and two yellows to it. Cant find it in a diagram, have any idea what it is? Thanks

The other three plugs were connected to vehicle harness, not sure about the big one, it looks like it plugged into dashboard or at least a harness to dashboard and possibly the DRAC/VSSB because of the twisted pair of wires is from VSS. The two small ones are for power... noted by Orange wires which are 12 volt power always, Pink would be Key On Power.

If you have any more questions, i will dig through my printouts of the harnesses and figure it out

the big one goes to dash

The only one im really unsure of is the small 3 wire. Im pretty sure its all a/c control. Ive got one plug from the dash connection that : have no idea what its for. Cant find it on any diagram anywhere, thought id ask since we have basic same harness.
