drive address & data bus with power off? C3 ecm

At the PROM socket, will anything bad happen if I drive the address and data bus with ignition power off? (12V battery backup power still applied)

Looking at the schematic I see OE is direct to ground, so I wouldn't want to accidently drive that high...

Oh well, I'm sure it would be wise to have some kind of isolation.
